Well as 2023 rapidly comes to an end, its a good time to reflect on a very exciting year.

The business continues to grow with new customers and new orders.

Some of the years highlights include-

– Taking on multiple new starters in a variety of roles
– The purchase of new additional testing equipment
– Opening a new lab
– Being nominated for 3 industry awards
– Raising money for Swansea Mind (final figure TBA) with a range of events through out the year.
– Celebration Day – 20 years of R-Tech.

But the highlight had to be the Celebration Day for 20 years of R-Tech being the #trustedadvisor to industry.

A day in which Tony and Lynn Franks, both founding directors, were joined by past colleagues and family members, as well as the current R-Tech team to reminisce and to enjoy food and cake!
